If the reason is either tutors’ absence (which is informed 29 minutes before the lesson starts) or tutors’ trouble (if taught less than 20 minutes out of 25 minutes), we must give an additional ticket to the student for per 25 minutes class. If so, kindly inform the issue to admin first and execute “allow transfer”.
